Topic: Anyone gone through Police Academy?

I will be entering the academy soon. I am looking for advice or a heads-up on what kind of environment I will be stepping into. I want to know what kind of exercises I should start training for. What this means is that my "project 315", (fitting 315s on my fox), will be delayed into further notice. If anyone has any formal advice I will thank you and promise not to hassle you guys when you see and hear the sirens-- wait that wouldn't be problem to any of you guys since I'm in SoCAl!!! Thanks and God bless

You should check out the show "The Academy" on Fox Reality channel. It's the LASO academy. Start running some mileage.
