I know this was on last thursday but i am watching it again and i have to comment. Heath Herring might be a badass in international fighting but he SUCKS in the UFC. He got his ass handed too him in this fight, he acted like a total ameuter. He looked like he didn't know what he was doing in the Octagon.
I find it funny how he walks out all hard and how the announcers all talk him up and then he just blows. ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif)

If I were Heath Herring I might start thinking about a plane ticket back to Japan for a while.
That fight was an absolute embarassment to Herring. A virtual nobody wrestler versus a top notch striker. Herring couldn't even get full guard it seemed like, or at least he never tried. Herring's sprawl was a fucking joke. Whatever the case was/is I'm sure Dana will have or has already had a chat with Heath about his UFC career.

yeah dude is better suited for k1 where its only kicks and punches. supposedly he had an off night cuz he had a torn mcl. damn his guard sucked ass. obrien aint a JJ stud either.

the worst part about it all was at the end he started talkin' a bunch of shit whinning that the guy wouldn't stand up and fight him. what did he think the guy was just going to lay down for him?

All OBrian did was take him down, he couldn't and didn't do more than that...He's just really good at take downs and he should be he's a wrestler....
Herring was embarrasing, but it's kinda hard to end a fight with someone who only wants to bear hug you...You guys are right though, if he was that good he coulda won anyway...Herring is supposed to be really good at BJJ, i guess...I'd like to see a rematch as boring as it might be...
