My father is looking into liquidating $50,000 out of his house and adding the amount to his current mortgage. He currently has countrywide and they offered an unacceptable jump in his monthly payments. Can anyone suggest any other good companies??? thanks ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

about 100k owed for a 20 yr mortgage,, at about 5.7%

WorldSavings has been one of the best for a long time. You can call them directly instead of going through a broker.
