Well I picked up a Lightning a few days ago. I'll get better pics up soon. I love it so far. Any ideas for mods? And how to launch without spinning the tires?
And sadly no more space for the Black 5.0, time to sell her.

I'm not sure yet. I'll probably try my chances selling it locally first before I post it anywhere. I've got a lot of people asking about it and offering more than what I would expect.

I need it as a DD so I need it to be reliable but i'd like to do some stuff. It's got a chip, magnaflows and cold air. What would you all recommend next?

Just remember that powdered metal rods aren't happy with a lot of boost. They tend to break right in the middle of the rod.

That black GT looks really good......no prob sellin that.
Put a KB or Whip on top of that thing with some good tires and go lay it down
Not too familir with susp stuff for the lightning but have heard about those cal tracs like Fostang mentioned.

If the tune on the chip is a good one, then I'd put a shift kit in the thing. I always hated how mine took forever to downshift and seemed to slide through the gears when it was stock. If the tune on the chip isn't that great, I'd get a handheld tuner like SCT or Diablosport. I'd also get that thing on a dyno right away to see what the air/fuel and timing are doing. I'm not a big fan of "mystery tunes". I'd definitely check it out if you don't have a dyno sheet w/AF ratios from when the truck was tuned.

Yep she came from Future Ford. It took a while to get them down from their ridiculous $32K asking price. I probably overpaid still but I wanted white and couldn't find another one. Plus I needed it asap. It seems as though they hold their value fairly well..
