Author Topic: What size tires??? 5.0JerM ¯ Member # 5149 posted                              Well I just ordered some saleen's and I wanna know if you can fit 275's on 18x9's....Also if you know anywhere local that sells tires at a good price that'll help me out alot too! But if you get 245-40's for the front and 275-35's for teh back, it actually MIGHT look alright. As long as the width is smaller, I think it won't look as tall. On my old 96 I was running 275-40's in the front and 285-35's in the back and it looked fine... But I wouldn't go any wider than 245's in the front. I have slight rubbing on my notch at full turn with 235-35-18's... If you want to see how my setup looks, you can hit me up and come by to see the car. I think they look great. I got my Nitto's from discount tire direct online and paid $205 each for the fronts and $210 each for the rears and it was free shipping overnight and no tax.
