You're right. It doesn't make sense why someone would be so happy about a shifter handle and post about it at the same time there is another thread going on full of examples of the shops questionable reputation. Maybe the poster got $10 off for coming here and posting about a great deal on a shifter handle.

That looks like a different prize for a different website to me. The lie in question is the cafords $100 prize, not the stallon computer chip contest. Who knows who won the computer chip, but we were told the $100 cafords prize was won by a mystery out of state person that happens to browse and enter contests in forums for northern california ford owners. The whole story just sounded fishy to everyone, that's all.
Don't get mad at me, I never said anything. I only presented all the links to other peoples posts. Don't shoot me, I'm the messanger. If you want to shoot someone, shoot the people who started all those threads. They said something, I didn't. Are you mad at me for helping other people see customer reviews, both good and bad? Is that a crime? I didn't know we're only allowed to post links to positive customer reviews here. Sorry if I broke a rule and angered some people.

but if you can honestly look me in the eyes and say everything looks fine with this shop, I 'd think you're in on the scams with the rest of them. There are simply too many people with too many stories. I appologise if I'm wrong, but in my eyes I'm just providing information to my ford brothers allow them to make better educated decisions. That's what the ford brotherhood is all about right?
I think I have said everything that could be said on this thread. Good luck to who ever and what ever you guys out there go with to modify your cars. So far I've been very happy with this shop just 30 feet away from me called MY GARAGE. The owner is cool and won't call my boss to get my fired after reading this thread or make up scam contests. MY GARAGE has Excellent service and UPS drops off parts from Summit in 1-2 days with prices and a selection that can't be beat. I've asked many mustang guys with really fast cars what shop does their work and they always say "MY GARAGE".

Same thing I posted in the other Apex thread, Im having a complete motor built by Apex, I have received nothing but good customer service. Ed keeps me informed and calls me keeping me updated on the build up. After knotts my car is going back for a 6spd and a new rearend.

Well honestly,, I find NoManrz post kinda helpful. I am actually contemplating having a engine built and tranny upgrade after my paint and a few other things. And I would just like to avoid any problems so I am just kinda lurking on threads like this to see what is what when the time comes. For example I hear alot of good things about JohnB (I may ask him when the time comes), and no one bashes for the praises. So why bash for the disses same info just the other side of the spectrum. If you had a good experience say it and move on, you actually become one of those E-Thugs when you get bent out of shape and curse folks for voicing their opinion. I know Apex wont care about 1 lonely person, but I doubt I would bring my car there for anything. Nothing personal to any of the owners and I know some people may just be riding the band wagon, but where there is smoke there is bound to be fire, so........

You're correct Inspector. I haven't. Because every time our shop name comes up, people like you do stuff like this. Even when the post is positive, you turn it into a negative thing. If you don't like us this much don't post. People who previously didn't like us, are now supporting is, and it's 'suspicisous'? You know, we're also in charge of cover-up's at Area 51 and the Kennedy assassination.
