there shoud be a charity where everyone could donate to... the proceeds would go towards buying a poor abused (riced) mustang that would be brought back from its humiliating state. The car then could be given to a person that truly deserved the rescued stang.

Oops! I left out the part that they would have to sign a contract promising they would not apply Altezza style lights, wings (mustangs have spoilers), "demon" bodykits, neons... etc. If they voided the contract and installed them, the mustang would be confiscated and left in oakland (or where ever all the stolen ones end up) for the evil men to have their way with. Pictures would then be posted saying "Rice kills."
