I always wanted to do that with an MAF 5.0 to my '88 Yota. It's the transfer case adapter and custom driveshaft(s) that turn me off to the swap.
Too expensive for the work needed though.

thats a pretty clean install on the yota, too bad it's not smogged and hasn't been registered for 7 years! there were a couple of guys up in chico who had pretty beefy small block chevys in their yotas, i'd buy that guy if it was smogged.
