Actually I would say especially with an n/a combo. Are you talking about a low 10 high 9 combo or high ten low 11 combo N/A? That would probably take serious rpm which will crack a block if I am not mistaken. 450rwhp or more the stock block is a ticking time bomb.

My wife's stock shortblock combo ran 11.99 @114.5mph with Edelbrock heads.
Fasterdamnits car ran 11.90 @115mph with TW heads.

The fastest I've seen is DrDremels (on the Corral) which has gone basement 11's @122mph. Don't know if it's still running.

Not much.
Stone stock shortblocks, never had the oil pan off.
Decent heads (ported), matching camshaft, good valvetrain, good intake manifold, good exhaust.

The Wife's car did it with shorty headers & an un-ported RPM intake manifold. We notched her pistons to fit the large camshaft (230/230 110LSA .598/.598)
Fasterdamnits had a smogable camshaft.
Both of these cars were full weight (3150-3250lbs). One is a GT, the other an LX hatch.

DrDremels was a wicked combo....fully ported heads/intake, large camshaft, good exhaust system, & a light car.

A buddy ran a similar combo (342 & AFR185's) with a ported Performer RPM intake & an XE274 (as oppose to your XE282). Best in a 3400lb fox was 11.33 @119mph.
