The NorCal Shelby club is having a school on Saturday morning followed by a Saturday afternoon open track. Sunday full day open track. I will be at Thunderhill on Saturday to attend the school and the open track that day. I think the school has booked up but there should still be plenty of room in the open track sessions. http://www.norcal-saac.org/

I didn't make the Saturday track time. Got there just in time for dinner and stayed for Sunday.
First time out in this car. Not as pretty as the Roush but alot more fun. #92 [ April 18, 2005, 07:35 PM: Message edited by: Roush #92 ]

Wow, that looks like a fun ride.
I was only there on Saturday. I had a great time. I was able to get the bullitt suspension, SFC's, CC plates and lower rear control arms on just in time. The car feels amazingly different. a couple of pics are here [ April 19, 2005, 12:44 PM: Message edited by: Wesley Paik ]

My Roush has been retired from track duty. It is now a garage queen.

I've never been to Reno and at least for now, I prefer to stay on tracks I know. I'm still coming up to speed with my car and need to learn how it handles track situations I'm familar with.
I have heard a lot of good things about Reno Fernley and would be interested in running that course at some point.

Ya this is the Only event up there besides OTC this year. That track is great but gets very limited use. Kinda sucks.

Roush,
I was at the track spectating on Sunday and could hear your car whistling at me from turn 5. What the hell do you have under the hood of that thing? Sounds like either a jet or a really big turbo.

That would suck. I know we are planning to still sign up for it. Hopefully we can get more people to want to sign up. If you think about the amount of track time you get its unreal. Hell If I got a co-pilot I would enter a second car.
