So I recently bought a 1985 Mustang GT hatchback originally a 5.0 the car came with no engine or transmission I have decided to go fuel injected I bought an engine from 89 donor car my question is Do I need a complete 86 harness to make this work I still want to keep the 4 eye look. I understand that I need to change out fuel tank and change over to a return style. I will take any suggestions or if anybody has done this conversion please let me know what you guys ran into thank you

If it was an automatic car, it is already EFI as in TB CFI. The tank would be good.

Use the Holley Sniper kit. Easy to get the tune right and runs hard all the time.
