Installed a brand new fuel sending unit. <br /><br />It kind of worked. Maybe start looking into the circuit itself. There could be a short, bad ground or damaged wire causing it to act up. You should be able to look up a schematic and resistance values online. Another thing to think about is what brand fuel sending unit you put in. Some of the aftermarket ones are not the best quality and cheap.
