Well long story short bought a used forged 393w kit and pistions were no good.. so continuing with the build need to order new pistons. Was going to have to custom order for tw 11r heads but was looking at flowtech and noticed the tfs clevor 2v heads and they flow just about the same as the 205 11rs.. was thinking going with those and a tfs single plane intake cam will be from Ed..
10 to 10.5 compression N/A
Car was Orginally a 351c but was swapped by previous owners.. cost wise seems arou d the same..
Just seeing if anyone else has gone this route with a clevor motor..

Building one has been on my to-do list for a while now. But I was going to go with an big bore 8.2 Dart based engine than a Windsor. Cleveland heads need really benefit from RPM and I'm not sure the 3" main journal diameter of the 351w helps that situation out. Honestly, after looking at both heads, I'd say go with the 11R, then you won't have to run Cleveland style headers and a Clevor intake. Both of those are going to cost you some money.

Found intake and headers but headers will have to be massaged it's about 1/4 taller wider with the tfs heads 2v than a Windsor so drop mounts and my hood that will be modded with a boss9 hood scoop either way for the 11rs or the tfs 2c clevor heads... still crunching the numbers on total cost clevor will be alittle more

Check out the episode of HorsePower TV S116 E11. they do a side by side build of a 351W and 351C. Worth checking out what they did. With nox they got over 1k hp and 1k lb torque.
You can find it on Youtube.com
