So i dropped my motor in and its on its way to being complete but i forgot to secure the HEGO ground wire to the block (same place as the body to block ground strap)...is there another good place to ground it? has to be near the salt\pepper harness...looking for recommendations on a solid grounding point. thnx

HEGO? I had to google what that was. Are you talking about the injector harness? I ground mine on the upper intake off the stud. I haven't had a problem yet doing it that way but I'm not sure if it's the correct way.

Any bolt that goes directly into the block is best.

Yes. Using star washers help get the best ground on lug connections.

Yeah Fred, mine is grounded to the side of the drivers side head, where the grounding strap is.
Thanks for that info Martinna. I never knew what those little star washers were for!!

The teeth on the star washers dig into the metal and help make a good electrical connection through surface corrosion and paint.
