i am planning on doing a 5 lug conversion on my 1990 mustang gt, i was thinking to get rear end out of a SN95 new edge mustang. or does anyone know which year rear end i can use ? and also what would i need to do for the hydroboost setup since im going to do coyote swap eventually.

Do you already have the wheels you want to run? Offset and offset availability matters if you don't want to swap rear axles.

i am not too concerned about the wheel setup at this point, for the time being i will just find some stock wheels, i know that it might look weird since its not offset, but i was thinking to go with some FRS500 wheels, or something different. But i will just buy anything that fit. buying wheels is not an issue. i have also heard that ppl been saying its like 1 inch longer rear end out of sn95. or would you know what offset to use?

I used a rear end off a 95 cobra. 99+ rear end housings are physically wider so you can't swap to fox length axles if you wanted to without shortening the rear. Use 79-98 8.8 rears. I can't help you with the hydroboost situation I have no experience on that.

Here is a link for the hydroboost unit I’d recommend you pick up:

Here’s a link to info on doing the swap, there’s one thing I’d recommend you do that’s not listed, PM me for info on that.

If interested I have some 5 lug wheels for sale, PM your number and I can send photos, I also have some 5 lug axles and a Diff to help with your swap.

Why do you want hydraboost? It is not a common swap.
