Changed the regulator and still leaks, seems like a have alot of fuel pressure but, why? Clogged injectors? Car runs but, rough and rich because of the leak. Sounds like you have two bad regulators.

They have a diaphragm inside with a spring. Fuel pressure comes in builds a up and bypasses out the return at the set pressure.

If it's leaking out of the vacuum the diaghram has ruptured. I have seen rail pressures as high as 100psi where the injectors hydrolok. Your problem doesn't sound like a high pressure.

Try another FPR. If that one ruptures too then you may have a plugged/restricted return line and it could be building up enough pressure to rupture the diaphragm in the FPR. Hook up a gauge and see where the fuel pressure is at first. Out of curiosity, are you running a Vortech FMU?
