If it's aluminum you have better rpm response such as down shifting. Sounds nice when you crankshaft doesn't have to rotate a steel flywheel. However, idk about resurfacing might want to check it out. Nevertheless, I think it's a good mod.

the flywheel has removable steel inserts where the friction material rides so no resurfacing (maybe once??) im just curious what other people are running for light weight flywheels and if they are worth the extra $$$
