anyone on here rebuild their supercharger (vortech s trim v1) if so how hard is it?? i got all the seals and bearing for it.. just need some of bearing pressed in.. or if not a shop i can take it to have it done thanks

Easy.
The bearings and seals have the part numbers on them.
When you take apart make sure u keep the wave washers and shims in order.
Remove the consumables and take them to motion industries ask for the same in high speed bearings. If I remember right they will come in a gold titanium color. Should cost about $150 bucks going that route.
Lucky for you it's a v1 v2 a bit more of a bitch to take apart since the gears are angle cut to reduce noise.
Also the impeller bolt is righty losey.

Plus heck with a volute and t-trim impeller you can upgrade to more output. Won't be an M case for cogs but as long as you ran serpentine belt should be fun.

sounds good thanks alot i need someone to press on the bearings?? you know a place that i can take them to get them pressed on?? thanks again

Not necessarily if you have a bearing heater takes about 250* to expand them and then they slide right on.
Now a plausible solution is to stick the rod gears in the freezer a day prior and then warm the bearings in heated motor oil over an open flame without letting the bearings touch the bottom of the pan.
A side from that pressing can be done but the shafts should be perfectly stable and the pressing done on the inner race.
