Hi guys so I have a 1989 mustang and for some odd reason when I turn on my headlights I can not use my left hand turn signal the right works fine as well as all other lights when I engage the left turn signal the arrow on the dash doesn't illuminate but the bulb is on just not blinking when I turn off headlights the turn signal works fine. I already changed the turn signal instrument and fuses any help is appreciated

Check the turn signal bulbs for the left side. Had this happen on my 89 as well and it was one of the bulbs i put new ones in front/rear and problem went away!
