My plan is to rebuild my 93 block with forged pistons. It has hypereutectic pistons. Mileage... I don't now 60K or 160k. I have gt40p heads. They are ported, tfs springs, I'll probably get 1.6 rockers. I wanna stay with stock cam. How much boost can I run safely. Please don't say anything about aluminum heads. I want a nice weekend street car. Nothing radical.
Thanks

6-8lbs of boost max and make sure your tune is perfect otherwise you will be changing head gaskets a lot, and might be changing some pistons also

That's a loaded question
Flat top/ domed or dished Pistons?
Any surface work to heads? Have they been cc'd?
Get the quench right with a good head gasket and 30 psi with c16 gas or about 10 with pump gas.
Too many unknowns to give you a round number.

Lol, I tried 12lbs with C16 and blew the gaskets on the dyno with gt40p heads, they just don't like boost

Lol I was only kidding about the 30psi.
But you know what's up.
