I've got some parts accumulating just looking for some insight. Comp cam, gt40p heads, trick flow track heat manifold, 30 lb injectors. Doing a quick port job on the heads.

What kind of insight??

My advice, sell the gt40p's and get some aluminum heads.. those injectors are going to be overkill, 24lb injectors should be more than enough..

Do I need bigger fuel rails, fuel pressure regulator? I am going to go with a 75mm tb. What about pedistal rockers and push rod length,I don't want my valve kissing the pistons??..

Get some aluminum heads check for ptv like always! You don't know if the heads been milled or block decked. That will also give you an answer for push rod length. And like Fiji said, step down to some 24's stock rails with an adjustable regulator will be fine.

Stock fuel rails are fine for your setup. They sell a tool called a pushrod length checker where you can find the length you need since the pushrod is adjustable in length. As for PTV clearance I used play-doh on the piston, set up the heads, then spun the motor by hand a few times.
