It would need to be used with the x3z computer for use with 24lb injectors.<br /><br />You could also mount the meter inside of the fender well so they can't see it. Pro-M mass air meters ARE smog legal, however only the ones calibrated for 19# because it's a direct replacement. I called Pro-M and discussed this with them. What they did was send me the CARB/EO sticker for the 19# and I stuck it on the tube. The smog guy wrote down all my EO numbers and checked them out, including this one. Worked for me!!
