Smog shop isn't letting me pass visual with ProM Mass Air Meter calibrated for my 24# injectors since it does not have an EO number. Are there any Mass Air Meters with EO numbers? BBK doesn't have them on theirs and not sure what else to try. Perhaps a stock Cobra Mass Air Meter since those were 24# ? Any help appreciated.

C&L are the only maf meters that I recall actually have a carb certification # EO D-640, almost all of their meters are certified under this #

And a cobra maf meter would not work for your application. It would need to be used with the x3z computer for use with 24lb injectors.
You could also mount the meter inside of the fender well so they can't see it. But you would need a carb certified intake for that too

I also have the Pro-M for 24#. Pro-M mass air meters ARE smog legal, however only the ones calibrated for 19# because it's a direct replacement. I called Pro-M and discussed this with them. What they did was send me the CARB/EO sticker for the 19# and I stuck it on the tube. The smog guy wrote down all my EO numbers and checked them out, including this one. Worked for me!! Contact Pro-M.

94-95 GT and Cobra use the same mass air meter, if you want 24lbs injectors and want to use the same mass air meter then you will need a 94-95 Cobra computer J4J1

Do what Mark did, or find a new smog shop.

Thanks Mark! I'll give Pro-M a try. They have been challenging to get a hold of in the past.

Sucks to have to do this extra work in CA, but worth it in the long run. Once you get that #, stick it under the hood somewhere that way in 2 years this isn't an issue. Blows though.
