Check the dust plate.. it might have bent a little and is rubbing against the rotor or something..

Make sure caliper sliders are lubed and brakes are wearing evenly too..

The dust plate clears all the sliders got clean and relubbed but the pads wore kinda weird. I'll post pics on IG in the morning

But I put the new pads and it still makes the sound so could my ebrake be the problem

Put it up on stands and put it in gear. You will be able to find exactly where the noise is coming from.
