I'm in desperate need of wiring diagrams for a '95 explorer 4x4. This thing is flashing the O/D lamp But not showing me any relevant codes. Lamp goes away when i turn on the headlamps. Trans fluid is at proper level and clean. I'm also intermittently not getting power at the fuel pump.

My 02 F150 did the same thing but it probably had a code as well. The high pressure solenoid was bad in the trans and it went into limp or low power mode to protect it's self. There has got to be some info on the net.

CHECK YOUR IGNITION SWITCH AND YOUR FUEL PUMP RELAY FOR YOUR FUEL PUMP PROBLEM. AS FOR THE FLASHING O/D LIGHT HOW MANY MILES IS ON YOUR TRUCK AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD IT? SOUNDS LIKE YOU MAY HAVE A PRESSURE PROBLEM, WORN CLUTCH PACKS, OR POSSIBLE PLUGGED FILTER. THAT LIGHT STARTS FLASHING WHEN THE PCM PICKS UP A DELAYED SHIFT, OR SLIPPAGE. IF IT HAS A TON OF MILES ON IT YOU MAY JUST BE DEALING WITH A WORN OUT TRANS.

I put in a used trans from what I have heard is a reputable trans builder in the area. He said he rebuilt for a guy and the guys wife wrecked the ex 35k later. It has seen about 12k since I put it in. I added some lucas at the last oil change because it was taking a couple seconds to grab reverse when cold, which I was told could be a sign of seals starting to harden. I'm hoping that wasn't what hurt it.

I am not an auto tranny guy but once you get delayed engagement that means low pressures. It is also as you point out hardening of seals or worn seals in the pump. That could and most likely be your issue. As for the Fuel pump that in my view is a separate issue. Good luck

What wiring diagrams you need/want exactly? PM me with what you need and I can upload them.
Also there is a TSB on your car about a flashing OD lamp. Some culprits named in the TSB are:
overdrive servo pistol seal Throttle position sensor wiring issues
Do you know if this has the A4LD or 4R44E/4R55E transmission?
