Either engine/tranny mounts are bad or the rear end is lowered too much.

the most common aftermarket driveshaft is the ford racing aluminum one, it will look bright silver vs a stock iron one which will look like old rusty metal.

how low is the car?

the ford racing aluminum one is a bit larger diameter than a stock driveshaft.

How much gap do you have in the fender to the rear tire?

My stock driveshaft would rub the parking brake bracket on my `97 fobra with my old solid axle setup that had about a 2" drop and about 1-2 fingers gap on the rear tires.

I would suggest installing a set of maxmimum motorsport poly spring isolators on the springs, it will raise it up just a tad and might be enough to stop the rubbing.

But also check the condition of the engine and transmission mounts.

Check the e brake bracket, my 94 had the same issue. On my car the bracket torn a bit And everybtime I launch hard it would scrape.
