I believe smog laws have changed since I've last had to smog back in the mid 2000's (car has been registered non-op since).
Looking to put the vehicle back together, but I have BBK Long tubes and a an off-road X pipe. What IS smog legal these days? Obviously the O/R x pipe won't fly...

Bone stock, or CARB approved aftermarket. The long tube hedders or not CARB approved.
You can look up CARB approved aftermarket stuff Here.
Good luck

Most shorty headers are CARB approved, so I would start there. No long tubes are CARB approved. The only h/x pipes that I know for sure are CARB approved is the factory h pipe and the magnaflow x pipe with all 4 cats. Mufflers pretty much anything goes as long as it's not crazy loud.

Try to get a smog hook up if you know anybody but if you cant you need a smog pump and a stock h pipe with cats and sensors (make sure you they are good)
