I did a 5 lug conversion on my car about 6 months ago and from what I can remember I used:
SN95 spindles, 13 inch cobra rotors and calipers, brake lines, adapter fitting for passenger side brake line.
For the back, I used some 5 lug axles and 5 lug drums.
if you have any more questions pm me I can show you where to get all the parts.

Front: 94-95 spindles w/ sn95 ball joints on fox a arm, calipers lines with adapter for pass side caliper bracket fox struts (I can get you a napa or oreilly # on the adapter)
Rear two driver axles off of a early 90s ranger with 9" drums or two passenger axles off aerostar
Or front rotors off of an svo or lincoln mark 7 late 80s those rotors bolt on to your stock spindle and you re use your calipers and everything but might have problem running center caps because the hat on the rotor/hub assembly is taller
I know there is a company that makes brackets to convert drum to sn95 rear disc so you keep fox length axles I think they are called northstar? + you get one of our members to clearance your sn95 spindles to fit cobra brakes

You can swap the diff out of a sn95 but you'll also need brake cables off of a 93 cobra as well and upgraded master cylinder if I remember right and they are not fox length axles I believe they are longer by .75" on each side so overall 1.5" longer will have to compensate for that

You can use the 94-95 spindles and hubs to fit cobra or GT brakes, if you use the Lincoln rotors you will need different inner bearings. I also have five lug stuff for sale, lincoln front rotor setup, 94-95 complete front brake setup with adapter, stock gear 5 lug drum brake 8.8 rearend and 3:73 5 lug drum brake 8.8 rearend.
