What is the difference I have an 302 mated still to a auto and was wondering too if I could use the AODs blocking plate on a 5spd thanks

Yes you can use a auto block plate on a stick car. The difference is the auto is a 2 piece plate. It has a smaller inspection plate. It's to tighten the converter bolts. The stick plate is a one piece plate. Again yes you could use a stick plate for a auto, but you have to tighten the verter bolts though the start hole.

Starter locations are different!!! That is if ur talking plate in between tranny and block!
