Its a 1990 5.0 , I was disconnecting my battery and when I was removing the negative post the opposite side of the wrench touched the positive post and a few sparks ..and now the car won't start I tried it with 2 batteries and it still doesn't want to start. Look for blown fuses

Check the fuseable link off of the starter relay also called a resistance wire

^^^ this and sometimes the eec can get fried as well.

yea behind the battery its mounted on the driver inner fender..

What would it be if it cranks over? Just doesn't fire up?

I had a similar thing happen to me.
Check your fusable links in the wire harness, (going from memory) there are at least 5 of them.
