Bought some 5 lug spindles put in all new studs 3 don't w t to hold in tight I heard you can weld them from the back. Any body do this? How reliable is it? And what type of weld would it be ~ tig, mig? etc.... Thanks cafords

Idk about the spindles but I have some ford racing axles that the studs came welded

you can mig them. they should press in without having to weld it tho

Just tack them in so the dont spin....I got a couple of those on my buggy.

It's the knurled area on the hub that's smooth and instead of replacing the whole hub or what have you I have heard this is acceptable

just tack it so you can remove them later if needed
