HERE IS A PROBLEM I FOUND BUT DONT IF ITS RELATED TO THE PROBLEM.ADJUSTABLE FUEL REGULATOR IS LEAKING.JUST DID TUNE UP SPARKS PLUGS, WIRES, CAP N ROTOR. AND I ACTUALLY REDID THE TIMING JUST IN CASE.mY BUDDY ACTUALLY CLEANED OUT MY THROTTLE AND ADJUSTED MY IDLE. Set timing, by doing top dead center, (basically restabbing the dizzy at TDC). If that doesn't work try replacing the dizzy with a known good one, because I did replace mine that same night.
