Well that poses a problem. Your car was hit with enough force to bend the frame and render the car as...well you know...I would think that sadly the transmission is compromised. Maybe a shaft or something came loose. But I'm not opposed to seeing about the trans mount as its a cheap possibility. But I know you and blue max and he probably used his old crossmemeber and mount and through your trans on top so I could rule that out. I think the trans is fucked

If you didnt mark the drive shaft and install it in the same orientation it came out, This could most likely be causing your vibration issue.

Check for side movement with the yoke in the trans. A wiped out bushing will cause some vibration.

I lowered this GT when the previous owner had it and I would say it's the pinion angle, especially when the yoke on the original driveshaft has aggressive wear

What makes you think it's that this is my third trans I've put in but the only one that's had this problem? All U joints are new ?

Because anytime I see aggressive wear on the yoke, it has a pinion angle problem.

So if I put my old yoke in the car it'll go away?

It will only vibrate at different speeds, you will need adjustable control arms to fix this problem, if your yoke looks like this [ October 11, 2012, 03:19 PM: Message edited by: racsirx ]
