16.99 for two bolts is kind of ridiculous, just grab some hardware from any store that sells nuts and bolts
the threads are 3/8-16 the length stock is 1-3/8".....you most likely will not find an exact stock length (common bolts are usually sold in 1/4" increments)
basically your looking for a 3/8-16 thread x 1-1/2" length
use locking washers

I'd spend the money to get the correct bolts but I guess I'm just a moron.

I wouldn't say that the stuff in the link is "correct" bolts more like original style...the hardware store sizes mentioned will work with zero issues (the t5 bell/starter area is threaded all the way through the 1/8 difference in length from stock hardware to the hardware store stuff wont matter

I'd classify factory bolts as being correct

just grab the 3/8" x 1.5" grade 8 bolts. theyre stronger than the stock bolts and you'll spend way less. and like mentioned above get a lock washer for each one. theyll work fine it isnt rocket science

Those are not critical bolts. The torque spec for those is 15-20 ft-lbs so a standard grade 5 is more than adequate.
