I was wondering how much would it cost to drill for emmissions on gt4o p heads. Would it be legal?

If you are looking to pass the visual I think they will bolt up just won't be functional. If everything else emissions wise is working the. You should pass.

I passed the sniffer in my old setup, Gt40p's-Ecam- and gt40 tubular upper/lower

If I remember right, when I took them off, they were all original. so no, never messed with them.
