The instructions will give you a ball park but you got to measure. Remember that you will need chrome moly ones. You can order a pushrod checker or make one by cutting a pushrod in half and threading it for bolt stock.
6.75 roller-ballpark 7.3 flat tappet-ballpark
if your #'s are more than .05 off from that, you screwed up and will need to measure again.
I had those same heads on my 289 which are now on my my new engine. I still have the pushrods for the old setup if interested. They were for a flat tappet cam.

Best thing to do is measure, to many variables. Are they fresh out the box? If I remember correctly mine measured out to 6.7

I have 1.6 scorpion roller rockers stud mount if it matters. I would buy the checker but I don't have time this is my daily driver so I'm trying to knock this out this weekend.

I used Scorpion 1.6 with my TFS heads and it measured out to 6.7. But I still think you should measure. People dont realize how much valvetrain noise and power can be losed by having the wrong length.

I can ONLY do it on a weekend I don't own any other car that's why I'm rushing things. I don't have the time to keep my motor apart N wait for parts to come in.

Just dont run it for long like that or it can side load the guide, cause valve stem damage etc etc.
Improper valvetrains fuck up alot of peoples shit and cause tons of power loss. Watch your valve cover clearance on the rockers too cuz that can be very difficult to see or hear as well.....

Yeah I kinda thought about running it for a week 2 at most with the "improper" size pushrods till I can measure it up N get the right size I mean all I would have to take off then is just the valve covers right?

I would only run it a couple days like that to get by if you HAVE to and its gonna be hard to adjust the checker with the lower intake on but I guess doable........
