Need help my 1990 mustang 5.0 does not want to make it past 4thousand rpm starts to jerk and pulls and also misfires all ready checked fuel pressure and filter it maintains at 40psi changed injectors checked for vacuums changed PVC valve cleaned mas airflow checked tps sensor spark plugs are new don't know what else to check would appreciate any help.

which "new" plugs ?
if platinum throw them away...if copper gap them at .046" and see what it does

Get a spark plug tester and some vacuum hose and a 12v test light. Put the vacuum hose on all the wires on the distributor cap besides the one from the coil. Test light alligator clip on ground then touch the tip of the test light to the vacuum hose. Record the rpm drop and you can pinpoint what cylinder wasn't working to begin with. Once you pin point it you can use the tester to check the wire. Oh and use old school vacuume hose with carbon embedded in it so you still get spark all the way through and don't do it for hella long because you'll be dumping fuel in the exhaust
