Then i turned the fan on by putting it on max ac or hot.. looked at the fan and it started doing like a grinding noise like a bolt is inside of it and then it started smoking.. i touched the radiator it was cold i touched behind the fan it was super hot.. could the problem be the fan motor? i also had to use hard force to turn it sometimes or pliers , Thats bad right? it should turn freely and easy as possible right?
