See if there is an amperage draw with key and all accessories off. If so, start pulling fuses one by one until the amperage goes away. When u pull the right fuse, look up that circuit and look for a possible short. Your charging system may be okay, but u have a significant parasitic draw. Even a half amp draw over a couple days of sitting will drain a good battery.
