Topic: Mustang 5.0L GT Flow master Delta Force 3" Exhaust System

I have a 1990 Mustang GT and have been in and out of the muffler shops talking to them about a custom 3 inch exhaust and they all have an issue with the tail pipes. I noticed this bolt on kit from flow master, 1987-93 Mustang 5.0L GT Flow master Delta Force 3" Exhaust System. Has anybody used this exhaust system? If so how is the fit between the fuel tank and the tires?

Ive personally never useed that system but there was an article in MM&FF that compared that exhaust system to a stock exhaust on a 347 equiped fox with good results. I'll try to find the article.

That could be a smart choice for a 347. Definently too big for a 302 though

I am running an all motor 347 stroker for now. I would like to add a supercharger in the near future, thats the only reason I want to go with a full 3 inch exhaust. Does anybody know how the delta force 3 inch kit fits for the fox bodys?
Ronin - I would like to see that article if you can find it. It would be interesting to see what kind of horsepower gains are in the exhaust.
