Cable also goes bad due to corrosion look for white chalk powder inside . Take your alternator to autozone they check it for free,don't recommend this on newer cars but u can always disconnect the battery when the car is started does it die right away? if so bad alternator. <br /> </font> </td></tr> </table></td></tr></table> <br /> <br />
