Smogability would be a factor, this car would be a cruiser. There are a gang of these long blocks out there with low miles, relatively cheap, they make good power and are responsive to tuning. I just don't know what kind of cluster frog it would be to swap. Get a built shortblock, go with the cheapest top end.. Prob 4v "C or B" Heads, 96-98 4V cams, boost the crap out of it with a blower...
