Doing my t5 swap and found converted driveshafts for $ 550 but I measure this driveshaft and it is the same length. Can I put one off a 5.0?

What length driveshaft do you need? I have a steel one that I use to use before I got an aluminum one. I had it made for a t5 coversion in my 64 1/2.

yes sir u can use it ...all u need is the u joints that are slighty different in size .... i forget which ones are bigger/smaller ...u can tell by sizing em up....any auto parts store has them. i did it on my 67 .. took it to San Jose Driveline ...they switched the u joints and balanced it for me [ April 18, 2011, 03:30 PM: Message edited by: tangerine67 ]
