To no surprise my 4+ year project is at a hault... It was a neglected one and had a spurt of energy and started putting things together. Well all is together besides some of the EGR equipment.
So the mess, blew up original motor, threw a 306 in it, got ported heads, e303 cam and decided I would convert it to MAF.
So I don't know where my problem exists truthfully. Cranks over and sounds like a have a few firing cylinders, but no dice. Checked distributor and it is lined up correctly, everything is plugged in.
Take any info possible... I did my own conversion for the maf and sorta confident it is in correctly, have a A9S computer, for which I here is a 88 or 89 MAF computer. Anyone have stock pinout chart of an MAF computer so I can check all my wires to the EEC??? [ April 09, 2011, 06:03 PM: Message edited by: K-ris ]

I converted my 87 and mine would back fireat high RPM and I took it to Richmond Collision and they found out I had a thunderbird computer or a truck on also make sure you changed the sensor on the firewall I think it's the MAP sensor because even though it plugs in the mass air one is blocked off as the speed density one has a vac line going to I think it was to the intake. If it has a vac line still connected then get the correct sensor and block off the intake side with one of those rubber plugs. Well I hope you get it fixed, I hate chasing them dam gremlins and wasting money on unnecessary parts.
