im going to be throwing my motor back in tomorrow night and from what i hear i need to align my clutch? ive never dug this deep into my engine before so im a little unsure on exactly what i need to do? and why?? i hear there is a tool? any info is appreciated

Its a black plastic tool thats the same shape as the trans. input shaft. Before tightening the pressure plate you stick the tool in there to line up the clutch plate , tighten pressure plate then REMOVE the tool.

I got an extra alignment tool if you wanna pick it up from vallejo

Also make sure you tighten the clutch bolts to the right torque specs.

Tighten evenly also so the pp doesnt warp, tighten to 30-40 ft.lbs.
