Topic: no boost shown on gauge

I installed my boost gauge yesterday put it on the t on the second one next to the s I put it on the br and I practically go out I can feel boost but yet the gauge doesn't even move no boost shown?

Is the nylon line still hooked up to the gauge? I always hook them up on the FPR vacuum line.

Yea it is they were. Saying to plug it to the upper intake vacuum line?

I think you can hook it up to any open line in your vacuum tree.
Make sure the line doesn't have a leak in it.

Well I put a t and it it into the tree but I guess its wrong since its not moving at all

grab a good ole school hooker, there good to about 8 to 10 pounds of boost, you hook her up to the other end of the gauge and get her to work and then thats a accurate reading , gotta use them fast tho they charge by time i think?

you probably have a kink somewhere on that nylon tubing. double check it.

I vote bad tubing, or bad gauge, but if vacuum works then It should read boost. Check the tubing, then if thats fine I think you got ripped off with that gauge. ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)
