I'm trying to put my 93 h pipe on a 95 Cobra. I was told by a couple people that it would fit, but I can't get the header and h pipe couplers to meet.
Should I find a 95 h pipe or is there a trick to installing a 93?
Any tips?
Thanks

If the hangers are still there they need cut off. the sn95 crossmember is back farther than the fox crossmember.

Yeah, I was told the hangers would have to be cut so they were cut off already when I tried.

Well my suggestion is to line one side up, start the nuts but dont tighten them, then get a prybar or big ass flathead and try to pry the other side into place to get the last 2 nuts started. The key is to leave the nuts really loose until theyre all started then tighten evenly good luck it can be a pain in the ass sometimes

all this work might not be worth it cause when you have to get it smoged every 2 years you will need to put your stock h pipe on unless there is no smog where you are or you arent driving on the streets

I don't think there are too many aftermarket pipes that fit just right out of the box. There is a bracket that slips between the trans mount and tranny that will allow you to use 94-95 mid pipe on a fox body.
