Well my rear end started making some noises recently, sounds like a card or stick on bike spokes almost. So I've decided I'm probably going to have to rebuild it.
Mainly just curious if anyone has a website that'll give fairly detailed process of rebuilding the rear end.
Also, any pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Is it making the noise in turns, going straight, or both?
There are plenty of pages on the Net that describe the process, but unless you're going to build more than one...the tools to put one together properly will be nearly as much as the cost of the parts to rebuild it. You may want to consider a shop or individual to do it for you.
With that being said, if you're stuck on wanting to do it yourself...go for it!

Yeah, may not be worth it to buy the tools. Check out Haulinass's post. He usually has complete rear ends for $250-$300. [ January 17, 2011, 07:33 PM: Message edited by: wilit ]
