Im doing a 4cy to 5.0 swap. The hard lines that I got from a buddy have severe rust in the connection from the flexible lines at the cup where the hard lines connect and run up to the fuel rails. My question is: Could I cut the flex lines off at the fuel lines and cut the bottom spring loaded connectors off of the fuel line with the schrader valve and use some high pressure hose with some doubled up hose clamps to make the connection? Do you think the hose clamps will hold the fuel line on those chrome hard lines? Sorry for the long winded post.
