88 gt all bolt ons, installed fuel pressuer gauge, aem wideband.what's a good range on hwy it bounces between 13.2-14.1 when at idle it pegs rich. In town I seen it stay at 10.1 then clime to 13. What the f&$ck man

14.7 is ideal while cruising with no load, the computer will be aiming for this depending on lots of variables.
WOT with an n/a car 12 - 12.5:1 is ideal, with a boosted car 11 - 12:1 is ideal.

I got that, mabey should have explained in different, with my wideband installed should my readings be jumping around like that, what numbers don't I want to see.

First, where is your wide-band sensor? You want it as close to the headers as possible for the most accurate readings.
I'd shoot for 12.8 - 13.0 for an NA car at WOT
