i got a 93 5.0 coupe. Everything is stock except cai and full exhaust. It lost compression in 2 cylinders and was wondering should i rebuild it or just buy a complete motor and swap it in?? also if i buy a complete motor, i wont be able to do any wrenching at my place, so whats would someone charge to take out my old motor and swap in another one??

A shop will prolly charge you $500 but someone on here will prolly charge $200 to $300. May I suggest hitting up totalkaos aka treetop he does good work
